Immediate Payment by PayPal is required on all purchases except Auction items.

Although Payment through PayPal is required, PayPal will accept all major Credit Cards to make a PayPal payment.

Items purchased in an Auction require payment by PayPal within 3 days of purchase. Auction payments are managed automatically by eBay. If an Auction item is not paid for within three (3) days eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case.

Liberty Coin is a California-based retailer and is required to collect CA Sales Tax on all purchases of collectible coins or precious metal bullion shipped within California. The Sales Tax Rate is based upon our Huntington Beach 92646 location and the Rate is currently 7.75%.

There are two possible excemptions from CA Sales Tax when purchasing collectible coins or precious metal bullion:

(a) Purchases for Resale where the purchaser has a valid CA Seller Permit

(b) Single Invoice/Order total of $1,500 or more

Unless a purchase qualifies for one of the above exemptions, it is subject to CA Sales Tax.

Order Handling Time

All non-Bullion product Orders are processed the Same Day if we receive confirmed Payment before 2 pm Pacific Time.

Due to additional Safety & Security policies, Orders for Bullion products cannot be processed Same Day. Bullion product Orders are processed within Two (2) Business Days.

Orders for products purchased in ‘eBay Deals’ may take up to Two (2) Business Days for handling due to high volume.

Carrier and Service Level for Standard Free Shipping is based upon package value as detailed below:

Tracking Numbers

Tracking Numbers are uploaded to eBay as orders are shipped. You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from eBay with Carrier and Tracking information when the Order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated or Guaranteed Delivery Dates are provided at the time your Order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, shipping method and service level.

Transit Insurance

All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Destination Address. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us through eBay messaging in order to initiate a Claim.

Changes to Shipping Address

eBay and PayPal policy requires that Sellers only ship to the address provided with your eBay Order and PayPal payment confirmation. If you need to change the Address you should cancel your order and place a new order using the correct address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on most products through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We do not ship Bullion products internationally at this time and we only ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program.

International shipping is available to most countries although certain restrictions apply and we do not ship to all countries – please refer to each listing to verify that we ship to a particular country and to see the cost for shipping and customs clearance.

Multiple items purchased for shipping through the eBay Global Shipping Program cannot be combined into a single Invoice or Shipment.

We accept Returns for up to 30 days after you receive your order. Returned Items must be unopened and returned in their complete original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Bullion Products

Orders for Bullion products cannot be Cancelled or Returned for any reason.

All Precious Metals Bullion product prices fluctuate constantly and prices may go up or down after your purchase. Price adjustments will not be made after your purchase commitment is locked-in regardless of subsequent price increases or decreases.

Bullion coins, bars and rounds are mass-produced and are not manufactured to the same quality standards as collector coins. Bullion items are often shipped from the mint in bulk rolls, tubes or bags and even freshly minted items will have imperfections.

Bullion Product Pricing

Listed prices for bullion products are firm and not negotiable. Prices will change with movements in the spot price of the underlying metal while precious metals markets are open.

Pre-Owned Vintage US Mint Products

Except for current year products, nearly all of our US Mint products have been previously owned. Unless otherwise disclosed, all of our US Mint products come with their complete original packaging. We inspect all pre-owned US Mint products prior to offering them for sale. We only sell sets that have passed our inspection; the coins are typically free of excessive hazing, spotting, or distracting toning. While the items are typically in very good condition for their age, these vintage products are not new.

Use of Stock Images

We typically have multiple quantities available of many of our most popular products. As a result we often use ‘Stock Images’ to represent the actual product. When a ‘Stock Image’ is used to merchandise a product, that use will be disclosed as follows:

‘The ‘Stock Images’ used in this Description are an indicator of the quality of the item you will receive. The actual item you will receive is guaranteed to be as described and depicted.’

‘Random Dates’ Product Listings
