This is an 1862 (Philadelphia) Seated Liberty Silver Half Dime Mint Error NGC F15 (Fine 15) ‘Obverse Lamination’ Coin. The lamination error can be seen just to the left of the Date. The does have some darkness to the fields especially on the obverse. This is a very unique error and would make a great addition to any Error Collection or NGC Registry Set!
