Your package will be sent to eBay’s Global Shipping Center in Kentucky, where they will then ship the item to your registered eBay address. eBay determines the method and cost of shipping to your country.
There are no returns on bullion items. The return policy, if any, will be noted in the eBay listing. Return instructions will be sent through eBay Messages. We do not hold or set aside coins for exchanges, if we are out of stock or do not have a suitable replacement when your return is received, we will cancel the transaction and refund the order in full. Due to the large inventory we sell, we use stock photos. We take all of our photos in house and most of Proof Coins has a dark or black reflections when there is not. We use the same photo when we do an Auction Style or Buy it Now Listing. All of our orders are shipped insured. We can file a claim on any order where the tracking information shows the package as not delivered. We must wait a period of two weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim and either refund your money or send you a replacement. We are no longer responsible for any order where the tracking information is marked as DELIVERED – we are unable to file a claim on any order marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal carrier’s office in order to seek resolution.
