This is a 1867 Seated Liberty quarter NGC Proof 61. It has a low mintage of 625 and it is in a older NGC holder and has sharp obverse fully struck with nice mirrors and a small tone spot at 3 o’clock noted for accuracy and the reverse has sharp feathers and fully struck and reflective. It has a light tone on both sides and very nice looking for the grade and a scarce coin offered from a older collection and undervalued at these price levels.
